100th Avenue North St. Pete Aprons
100th Avenue North is the next grid street north of the Shore Acres approaches we already cover. Aprons here take the turn-in from the curb and the daily load of two cars. Thin concrete patches at the sidewalk are the usual failure.
What we rebuild
If the upper driveway is sound, we replace the apron only. The new field sits on compacted aggregate, meets the sidewalk without a lip, and pitches to the gutter. Edge restraint stays at the public joint so the pavers do not creep after the first summer.
Apron scope separated from a full driveway when the upper field is locked
Base sized for turning loads at the street
Sidewalk elevation matched before the field is set
Joint sand locked after compaction
