105th Street North St. Pete Walkways
Walkways on 105th Street North are usually a side-yard path from the driveway to a rear door, squeezed by AC equipment, irrigation heads, and a gate that was never meant for a wheelbarrow.
A path that sheds instead of holding water against the wall
The walk has to stay below the weep screed, clear the condenser, and still drain. A ribbon of pavers set on sand against the foundation is how water ends up in the wall cavity.
Keep clearance at the AC condenser and the electrical disconnect
Pitch the walk away from the foundation, even in a tight side yard
Use a rigid edge so lawn and mulch do not swallow the border
Plan the gate width before the base is cut, not after the pavers are down
How to start
PaverForge Hardscapes walks the path before locking a number. Call 727-490-9798. A photo from the gate and one from the rear door tells us whether material has to be wheeled in.
