111th Street North St. Pete Walkways

Walkways on 111th Street North are usually the path from the driveway to a side door, or the strip that gets guests to the front entry without cutting the lawn. Gates are tight. Irrigation heads sit right on the edge.

PaverForge Hardscapes builds those paths so the edge does not creep into the grass and the joints do not stay wet from overspray.

A path that stays a path

A walk set on sand alone widens after the wet season. The outside pavers tilt, the lawn creeps in, and the gate starts to drag. We restrain the edge and compact the base for foot traffic, not for a driveway spec we do not need.

Pitch runs off the walk, not toward the foundation. Where the path passes an AC pad, we keep the clearance the unit needs and do not bury the condensate line.

Gate, hose, and overspray

We measure the gate swing before the border is set. A hose bib gets a grade that does not pond. Heads that spray the joints get moved or re-aimed so the sand stays in the joints.

If the old walk was concrete that cracked at the control joints, we can replace it with pavers on a new base. Matching the entry stoop elevation matters more than matching a catalog photo.
