112th Street North St. Pete Side Yards

Side yards on 112th Street North are narrow. The AC, the meter, and the gate all want the same strip of ground. Rain that used to soak into sand now has to leave once the path is paved.

We build that strip so it sheds away from the slab, stays out of the condenser clearance, and still lets a technician pull the unit.

Clearance comes before the pattern

A condenser needs air and a service side. Pavers that crowd the pad make the next repair harder and can hold splash against the wall. We set the field with that clearance marked, then choose a border that fits what is left.

The pitch is away from the foundation. A low side yard that ponds at the stem wall is a drainage job first and a paver job second.

Gate, fence, and what we do not bury

Cleanouts, hose bibs, and the irrigation valve box stay reachable. A flush ring or a liftable bay is better than paving over a fitting you will need in August.

Edge restraint on the lawn side keeps the field from walking. Joint sand is locked after compaction so overspray does not empty the joints in a month.

How to start a 112th Street North quote

Call 727-490-9798 or use the book-online page. A photo of the gate, the AC, and the low spot is the useful set. We walk it before we lock a number.
