115th Street North St. Pete Courtyards

115th Street North courtyards sit off the lanai, often with a screen post and a downspout in the same corner. The field has to look flat under a chair and still leave water somewhere other than the slab.

PaverForge Hardscapes builds that courtyard on a compacted base, with pitch and an edge that stays put through the wet season.

Downspout before pattern

A roof that dumps into the new field will stain the joints and settle the sand. We give the downspout a path, then set the pavers. Pitch runs to the yard or a drain that already works.

Screen posts are worked around, not paved tight in a way that traps water at the track.
