119th Street North St. Pete side yards
119th Street North side yards are narrow, shaded, and usually the only way to the back fence. Trash carts, pool equipment, and a hose reel all fight for the same strip of sand. A loose shell path tracks into the house. A concrete runner cracks where the fence posts have settled.
A path that stays usable
We build a paver runner wide enough for a cart, with a trapped low spot or a slight cross-slope so rinse water does not sheet into the neighbor's yard. Equipment pads sit on the same base when the pool pump or a small condenser needs a level spot that is not the walk itself. Edge restraint keeps the field from walking into the fence line.
What we leave accessible
Gate swings stay clear of the paver surface.
Hose bibs and cleanouts stay flush, not buried under the field.
AC condensate and pool backwash are directed off the walking surface.
The path meets the driveway without a toe-stub joint.
