150th Street North approaches are narrow, and the first two car lengths take the turn, the delivery truck, and the standing water after a Gulf storm. A patio-spec base under that apron does not last.

Thickness where the tires turn

We rebuild the failed section with a compacted base sized for vehicles, restrain the edge at the city approach, and pitch the surface to the street. Joint sand is locked in after compaction so it does not trail into the gutter.

Sound pavers get reused. Units that are cracked or cupped come out. A pretty border will not hold a field that was never built.
