154th Street North St. Pete Walkways
Front walks on 154th Street North are often a single cracked ribbon from the sidewalk to a raised porch. The side yard is low, oaks or shrubs crowd the edge, and the old concrete holds water at the first step.
PaverForge Hardscapes replaces that ribbon with a paver walk on a compacted base, pitched so the stoop stays dry and the edge does not creep into the planting bed.
What changes
A base sized for foot traffic and the occasional hand truck, not a sand smear over roots
Pitch that sheds past the stoop instead of into it
An edge restraint that stays when the bed is reworked
A width that still clears the gate and the meter
We do not cut through a city sidewalk to make the walk look wider. The private path starts at the property side of the right-of-way.
