167th Street North St. Pete Side Yards
Side yards on 167th Street North are the service path: AC, hose bib, gate, and sometimes the only way to the back. They also sit against the foundation, which is the last place you want standing water.
Clearance and pitch
We keep the field off the condenser and off the fence post. Pitch runs to a yard drain or the rear lawn, never a hidden fall into the stem wall. A trapped collar at the hose bib keeps splash off the joints.
Gate swings need a flat landing. Edge restraint stops the field from walking into the neighbor bed after the first wet season.
