16th Avenue North Side-Yard Pavers in St. Petersburg
16th Avenue North side yards are often three feet wide and asked to do five jobs. The gate swings across them. The condenser drains on them. The cart, the ladder, and the pool chemical bucket all land in the same strip. Grass turns to mud, and a loose gravel path tracks into the house.
PaverForge Hardscapes builds those side-yard pads from St. Pete Beach. Call 727-490-9798 or book a walkthrough at paverforge.com/book-online.
Tight access, real base
We do not pour a ribbon of concrete that the next AC swap has to be jackhammered out of. Pavers come up. The base under them still has to be compacted, even when the only way in is the front gate. Drainage matters more here than pattern. A side yard that pitches toward the neighbor fence becomes their problem and then yours.
Condenser clearance, meter access, and the gate swing get marked before the first stone goes down. A pretty running bond that blocks the panel door is a callback.
What we build in the strip
Cart and gate paths with a locked edge
Condenser and utility pads that lift for service
Flush cleanout and hose-bib collars
Re-lay where the old stones have drifted into the bed
On 16th Avenue North the side yard is part of the hardscape, not leftover dirt. We will measure the gate swing and the condenser pad on site before we price the stone.
