203rd Street North St. Pete Side Yards

Side yards on 203rd Street North are narrow. The gate, the AC pad, and the hose bib all want the same strip of ground. A pretty paver color will not fix water that sits against the stem wall.

PaverForge Hardscapes sets these paths so service access stays open and the field sheds away from the house.

What the side yard needs

  • Clearance at the condenser so the pad is not buried in pavers

  • A gate swing that does not scrape the new field

  • Pitch away from the foundation, even in a three-foot strip

  • A trapped low point or a drain if the yard has nowhere else to send water

How we fit the path

We measure the gate and the equipment before we cut. The base is compacted in the tight run, and the edge is restrained so the field does not creep into the bed or under the condenser. Joint sand is locked after compaction.

Call 727-490-9798. Send photos of the gate, the AC, and the low spot by the wall. We typically walk the lot before we lock a number.
