217th Street North St. Pete Walkways

Walkway pavers on 217th Street North in St. Petersburg run from the sidewalk to a porch, often over a root and a low spot that stays wet.

A thin sand bed over that root heaves by the next summer. We cut the conflict, build a real base, and pitch the walk to the yard.

Front walk details

The sidewalk joint stays flush. A lip at the public walk is a trip, and it is the first thing a buyer sees.

Porch steps stay even. We do not feather a tall rise into the last course and call it done.

Bed edges get restraint so mulch and irrigation do not steal the joint sand. A sleeve goes in for any line we can see before the base is closed.

How to start

Call 727-490-9798. Send the porch photo and the sidewalk joint. We typically reply the same business day for a 217th Street North walkway.
