250th Street North St. Pete Walkways
Walkways on 250th Street North need an irrigation sleeve before the path is paved, or the first zone repair cuts the field. North Pinellas laterals often cross the only dry path to the door.
The cut that ruins a new walk
A sleeve is a short pipe under the walk, capped on both ends, set before the base is closed. Without it, the irrigation tech saws the pavers the first time a head or a valve fails.
PaverForge Hardscapes places the sleeve while the base is open, marks both ends, and paves over a restrained edge. The walk still pitches off the house. The sleeve stays empty until someone needs it.
Walkway sequence
Sleeve location marked with the irrigation layout
Base compacted over the sleeve, not against a loose pipe
Edge restraint on both sides of a narrow walk
Pitch off the foundation, even on a short run
Call PaverForge at 727-490-9798 before the walk is closed. A sleeve is cheap in the base and expensive after the pavers are in.
