255th Street North St. Pete Courtyards
255th Street North courtyards are usually the private face of the house: a paver court between the lanai and a screen or fence, small enough that a one-inch pitch error floods the slider track.
The ponding pattern
After a summer cell, water stands against the house wall and leaves a tide line on the pavers. That is a slope problem, not a sealer problem. If the stones are still sound we lift the field, correct the base, and relay so the fall runs to the yard or a drain, not the threshold.
Salt air and joint sand
North St. Pete courts still see salt breeze and irrigation overspray. We use a restrained edge and a joint sand rated for wet-dry cycling, then keep the field off the screen-track so the door does not drag.
How to start
Send photos of the low corner and the slider track to PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798. We walk the court before we lock a number, and we re-level when the existing pavers are still worth keeping.
