257th Street North St. Pete Side Yards
257th Street North side yards are the tight run between the house and the lot line. Gravel migrates into the AC drain pan. Stepping stones rock. A hose bib dumps onto bare sand and the fence line stays muddy.
Hand-set, not machine-set
These paths do not take a skid steer. We carry base in, compact in short lifts, and set pavers by hand so the condenser pad, the meter, and the hose bib stay reachable. Clearance around the air handler is left open on purpose.
Where the water should go
A side yard that slopes toward the house foundation is the job we will not pave over. The path gets a cross-fall to the yard or a flush drain, and downspouts are kept off the new field so the first storm does not undo the base.
How to start
Call 727-490-9798 with a photo from each end of the side yard. PaverForge Hardscapes quotes the run after we see the condenser, the fence, and the low spot. We work this grid from the St. Pete Beach shop.
