269th Street North Crystal Beach Side Yards
Side-yard pavers on 269th Street North creep when the edge has no restraint and the run has no pitch. A narrow Crystal Beach lot leaves little room, and the path still has to carry a mower and a bin.
A path, not a leftover strip
We measure the gate, the AC pad, and the fence before we excavate. The base has to be wide enough for the edge restraint, not just the visible pavers. A field that stops at the fence line walks into the gap.
Edge restraint on both sides of a narrow run
Pitch to a legal outfall, not into the neighbor fence
Room to stage a mower without riding the edge
A clean joint at the gate so the leaf does not bind
Water table and the base
North Pinellas sand pumps when the base is thin. We excavate to a depth that leaves compacted aggregate under the path, then set the pavers only after that base is tight.
