280th Street North Ozona Walkways

280th Street North is the Ozona side of the Crystal Beach grid. Walkways here are short, shaded, and crossed by irrigation laterals that nobody marked on the original landscape plan.

Sleeve before the pavers

We sleeve every known irrigation and low-voltage run before the base goes in. A later saw-cut through a finished Ozona walk leaves a patch that never matches the joint lines. The sleeve sits under the aggregate, not in the bedding sand, so a future pull does not lift the field.

Pitch off the house
