295th Street North Ozona Walkways
295th Street North walks in Ozona stay under oak shade. The surface stays damp longer than a Crystal Beach apron in full sun. That is a joint and a base problem, not a cleaning problem.
Shade changes the spec
A sand-set walk with no edge looks fine until the first summer rain. Shade keeps the joints damp, sand migrates, and one course creeps into the planting bed. We compact an aggregate base, restrain both edges, and lock the joints so the shade does not keep pumping sand out.
Mildew on the surface is normal under this canopy. We do not promise a paver that never darkens in Ozona shade. We do promise a field that stays flat and does not become a trip at the entry.
