300th Street North Crystal Beach Aprons

300th Street North is the north end of Crystal Beach. The apron meets a narrow right-of-way, and cars cut the corner.

That corner fails first. The sidewalk joint opens, the paver edge drops, and the apron becomes a trip lip before the rest of the drive moves.

What we set

Aggregate base sized for the turn, not a patio spec under tires. The sidewalk joint is set flush on purpose. Pitch leaves toward the street, not the garage.
