303rd Street North Palm Harbor Courtyards
303rd Street North is a Palm Harbor residential block where the courtyard is often the only outdoor room: a short court between the house, a fence, and an oak that has been there longer than the slab.
What shade and roots do
A court that looks level in the dry season can hold water against the stem wall after a summer storm. Roots lift the old concrete path, and irrigation heads sit right where a new field wants to go. We mark those before we excavate.
This is a walk and patio load, not a driveway, unless a golf cart or trailer actually uses it. We say so. A 60mm patio stone is honest here. An 80mm field is what we want if tires cross the court.
Pitch, restraint, and access
Pitch leaves the house. Edge restraint stays put where the court meets mulch or a fence line. Staging stays off the neighbor gate, because these lots do not have a second way in.
How to start
PaverForge Hardscapes builds Palm Harbor courtyard pavers from St. Pete Beach. Call 727-490-9798 or book at paverforge.com/book-online. Photos of the lowest corner and the irrigation heads are enough to start.
