306th Street North Palm Harbor Aprons
306th Street North is another Palm Harbor residential street, but the apron problem is the turn. Lots here often park a boat or a small trailer, and the old concrete throat is too narrow for the swing.
Throat, sidewalk, and swale
Widening the apron still has to meet the sidewalk and the county drainage. We do not bury a swale to make the turn look easy. The field stops where the public side starts, and the sidewalk return stays a walking surface.
Trailer loads are not a patio spec. We use 80mm pavers on compacted aggregate, with restraint that can take the tire scrub at the curb. Utility locates still come first, because a wider cut finds more laterals.
What we will not guess
Color does not fix a throat that scrapes. We measure the swing from the street to the garage, then set the base. If the public approach is the limit, we say so before we cut.
How to start
PaverForge Hardscapes is based in St. Pete Beach and builds Palm Harbor driveway aprons. Call 727-490-9798 or book at paverforge.com/book-online. A photo of the trailer at the curb is the useful one.
