309th Street North Palm Harbor Courtyards
309th Street North is a quiet Palm Harbor block of 1970s and 1980s houses, live oaks, and courtyards that were poured flat between the carport and the lanai.
Those courts now hold water. Acorn litter packs the joints, irrigation overspray keeps the bedding wet, and the field has walked away from the stoop.
How the court is rebuilt
We pull the failed field, cut out organic pockets, and reset on a compacted aggregate base with a bedding layer that can drain. Pitch leaves the house and the lanai, toward a lawn edge or a slot that already has an outfall.
Edge restraint is pinned where the oak drip line used to kick the plastic. A border course keeps the field from creeping into the planting bed.
Staging stays on mats. These lots pinch at the side yard, so one car can still park overnight while the court cures.
