310th Street North Ozona Walkways
310th Street North is on the Ozona side of the Palm Harbor waterfront, a narrow village street of cottages, golf carts, and walks that were never built for a loaded wheelbarrow.
The walk from the drive to the raised entry is the call. Shell has migrated into the joints, a root has lifted one course, and the step at the stoop is now a full paver thickness short.
A walk that still drains
We undercut the soft run, compact a thin aggregate base, and set the field so water leaves the entry. The landing at the stoop stays flush with the threshold, not crowned into it.
A soldier edge takes cart wheels. We do not bury the irrigation valve box. If a sleeve has to cross the walk, it gets a flush collar so a later pull does not tear the run.
Ozona streets are tight. Pallets stay on mats, and cuts are sequenced so a neighbor can still get a cart out.
