311th Street North Palm Harbor Side Yards
311th Street North lots in north Palm Harbor pinch hard between the house and the fence. The side yard is the only path to the canal-side or rear yard, and it was never a real walk.
What fails is the strip past the condenser. Condensate and a hose bib keep the sand wet, the plastic edge has rolled, and a mower wheel has broken the first course.
What the strip has to do
We excavate only the failed run, compact crushed concrete where the soil will take it, and set a narrower field that still lets a technician reach the air handler. Pitch leaves the stem wall.
A flush collar at the hose bib keeps splash off the bedding. We do not grout the condenser pad to the walk. The pad stays a separate bay so a future change-out does not crack the run.
Fence lines and irrigation heads get photographed before the saw. These strips are too narrow to guess a grade.
