313th Street North Palm Harbor Walkways
313th Street North is the next quiet block in the north Palm Harbor grid, older houses under oaks with walks that started as a stepping-stone path and never got a real base.
Roots have lifted the run. Shell has filled the joints. The landing at the entry is now low enough that rain sits against the threshold.
Resetting the run
We cut back only the failed length, bridge the root with a thicker base rather than shaving it, and reset the walk so water leaves the door. The stoop landing stays within a comfortable step of the threshold.
A border course locks the edge where the lawn used to eat the field. If a hose bib crosses the walk, the splash gets a flush collar instead of a proud concrete patch.
One car stays in the drive overnight. Pallets go on mats, and the oak drip line is protected while the base is open.
