323rd Street North Palm Harbor Side Yards

323rd Street North side yards in Palm Harbor are working lanes: trash carts, pool equipment, and the only path to the back fence. A pretty field that is too narrow for the cart, or that covers a cleanout, becomes a repair the first month.

What we leave accessible

We walk the utilities before we excavate. Cleanouts, irrigation valves, and the air-conditioner pad stay reachable. The paver field stops at a clean edge instead of running under equipment that will be pulled later.

  • Gate width measured with the cart, not guessed from the opening

  • Base deep enough that the tire path does not rut

  • Pitch to the yard drain or the street swale

  • Rigid edge so the fence line does not swallow the first course

Re-lay versus rebuild

If the old field is only loose joint sand, we can re-lay on a rebuilt base and keep the better pavers. If the base was never built, new material is the job. Photos of the low spot and the gate help us say which one it is before the visit.
