345th Street North Palm Harbor Courtyard Pavers
345th Street North sits in the same north Palm Harbor pocket, a quiet street of ranches with a small courtyard between the carport and the Florida room.
Those courts were often a thin sand bed under a patio stone. After years of irrigation overspray and oak litter, the field rocks and the low corner holds water against the slab.
What a 345th Street North courtyard has to do
A courtyard that never sees a car can stay on a patio-depth base, but it still needs a compacted lift, a pitch away from the house, and an edge that does not creep into the planting bed. We do not put driveway-thickness stone on a dumped sand bed and call it done.
Gate swings, hose bibs, and the AC disconnect land in this court. We photograph grades before excavation so the finished field still meets the stoop without a lip.
