355th Street North Palm Harbor Walkways
Front walks on 355th Street North cross the irrigation spray and a low planting bed before they reach the door. The stones rock at the landing because the base was never compacted past the first course. Guests feel it. The joint sand does not stay.
PaverForge Hardscapes installs and re-levels walkways on 355th Street North. Call 727-490-9798 or book a walkthrough at paverforge.com/book-online.
From the drive to the door
The landing at the door has to pitch away from the threshold. The run through the bed has to sit high enough that mulch does not wash onto the stones, and low enough that the irrigation head is not buried. We compact the full length, not just the visible bay, and we hold the edge where the bed wants to swallow it.
Landing pitched away from the threshold
Full-length compacted base, including the hidden bay
Irrigation heads kept off the field while joint sand cures
Edge that stays visible after the bed is refreshed
If the walk only fails at the door, we can often re-level that bay. If the whole run pumps underfoot, it needs a new base. We will say which one it is on site.
