358th Street North runs through the Ozona side of north Pinellas, where walks leave a raised porch and cross a sandy yard to the drive.
The old path was often a thin band of sand-set pavers. It settles at the step and rocks where irrigation overspray keeps the base wet.
How we rebuild a 358th Street North walk
We match the step nosing so the first course is not a trip, pitch the run so hose water leaves the porch, and restrain both edges. 60mm is enough where no car crosses.
If a later driveway throat shares the same run, that throat gets 80mm and a compacted base. We do not carry patio thickness under tires.
