371st Street North Palm Harbor Side Yards

Side yards on 371st Street North in Palm Harbor are the tight runs: AC pad on one side, fence on the other, and a hose bib that has been dripping into the same joint for years. A patio-depth base fails here because the mower, the trash carts, and the occasional trailer tire all use the same strip.

What we change

We size the base for cart traffic, keep a service gap at the condenser so the coil can be pulled, and pitch water to the street or a side drain instead of the neighbor fence. Flush sleeves go in for the condensate line and any future irrigation so the field is not cut later.

Stones that are still square get re-laid. Spalled faces and broken borders get replaced and blended, not patched with a different thickness.

How to start

Call 727-490-9798 or book at paverforge.com/book-online. Measure the fence-to-wall width if you can, and send a photo of the condenser pad.
