374th Street North Palm Harbor Driveway Aprons
374th Street North sits in the north Pinellas grid where Palm Harbor lots meet older fill, irrigation laterals, and oak roots that lift a thin apron in one wet season.
Apron section we actually build
We open the failed concrete or loose pavers, cut a straight joint at the garage and at the street edge, and rebuild the apron on geotextile and crushed concrete compacted in thin lifts. Passenger drives get 80 mm pavers, a pinned salt-tolerant restraint, and a pitch that leaves the garage dry without dumping water into the neighbor swale.
Irrigation lines and the mailbox sleeve are marked before the saw. If the county right-of-way needs a permit or an apron detail, we photograph existing grades and put that packet with the quote.
