377th Street North Palm Harbor Side Yards

Side yards on 377th Street North are working aisles: pool equipment, the air conditioner, a hose bib, and a gate that has to clear the new surface.

What we leave accessible

We set the path high enough to shed water off the house wall and low enough that the gate still latches. Equipment pads stay as a separate pour or paver island so a filter change does not rock the walk. Condensate and the pool backwash line get a splash collar or a short drain path instead of a wet joint against the stucco.

If the side yard is the only route for a future pool remodel, we keep a straight 36-inch clear width and a restraint that can be opened without tearing the field.
