383rd Street North Palm Harbor Side Yards

Side yards on 383rd Street North are where the AC condenser, the hose bib, and the trash path all compete for three feet of sand. A pretty field that blocks the condenser or holds water against the stem wall is not a finish.

Clearance and drainage first

We keep service clearance at the condenser, a pitch that leaves the house, and a trapped low point only if a drain is already there to take it. Edge restraint has to survive a mower and a bin drag. If the fence is the only edge, we do not pretend the fence will hold the field.

  • Condenser and meter clearance left open

  • Pitch away from stucco and sliding-door tracks

  • A walking surface that does not turn into a pond after irrigation

  • Edge restraint independent of a wood fence

What to send

A photo from each end of the side yard is enough to start. We will say whether this is a reset or a rebuild before we lock a number. Crystal Beach and Ozona side yards get the same walkthrough.
