391st Street North Palm Harbor Walkways
391st Street North sits at the north end of the Palm Harbor numbered grid, a mix of older walks and a few rebuilds where the entry step is higher than the sidewalk.
The failed walk is usually a ribbon of sand-set pavers that rocks at the joints or holds water against the step after an afternoon storm.
What a 391st Street North walk needs
We reset the run on compacted aggregate, pitch it off the entry, and lock the joints. If the walk is only foot traffic, 60mm is honest. If a cart uses it, that section gets 80mm.
Oak roots get a sleeve or a shifted course, not a paver forced over the root and expected to stay flat. Locates come before the first shovel.
