395th Street North Palm Harbor Side Yards
Side yards on 395th Street North are where the AC condenser, the hose bib, and the trash path all compete for three feet of sand. A field that blocks the condenser or holds water against the stem wall is not a finish.
Clearance and drainage first
We keep service clearance at the condenser, a pitch that leaves the house, and a trapped low point only if a drain is already there. Gate posts get a small thickened pad so the swing does not chew the edge course.
A path you can roll a bin on
The trash path is the real load. We use a paver that can take a bin wheel, lock the edges, and keep the field narrow enough that the fence and the wall still have a gap for paint and pest inspection. Irrigation heads move off the field before we pave.
