413th Street North Palm Harbor Side Yard Pavers
413th Street North side yards stay wet. Air-conditioner condensate, a hose bib, and a trash cart all land on the same strip of sand. Loose stone migrates, and a bare shell path tracks into the house after every rain.
A side yard that stays put
We cut a narrow paver run with a buried restraint on both sides, a compacted base, and a slope that does not dump onto the neighbor. Where the condensate line daylights, the field gets a small splash pad so the stone does not wash out. The cart path is wide enough for the bin, not a second driveway.
