429th Street North Palm Harbor Courtyard Pavers

Courtyards on 429th Street North in Palm Harbor are usually the leftover rectangle between the house, the screen cage, and a side fence. They fail when the field is pitched toward the lanai slider or when a 60 mm patio stone is asked to carry a golf cart. PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds these courts so water leaves the cage and the joints stay locked after a wet season.

Court, cage, and cart

Screen-cage tracks and slider thresholds set the high point. The court has to fall away from both. Oak shade keeps the surface damp, so a polymeric sand that never cures will haze and wash. We compact the base, hold a consistent joint, and use a sand that can be re-swept after the first storm season.

  • Pitch away from the slider and the cage track, not toward a photo-flat field

  • 80 mm on any path a cart or mower uses; patio thickness only where feet live

  • Edge restraint that does not rely on the neighbor fence

  • Cut dust and pallets staged on the lot, not in the swale

How to start

Email PaverForge@gmail.com or call 727-490-9798 with the unit or house number and a photo of the cage track. We will walk the court before we lock a number.
