479th Street North Palm Harbor Side Yard Pavers
479th Street North side yards are the service path: trash cans, the condenser, a hose bib, and a gate that the pool cage uses every day. A loose field there becomes a trip edge and a place where irrigation water sits against the stem wall.
What the side yard is doing to the pavers
The run is rarely wide enough for a full machine. Homeowners often laid a single course of patio stone on sand so the mower could get through. That course walks, the gate drags, and the AC pad ends up lower than the new field. We size the base for foot traffic and the occasional mower, not for a driveway, unless the owner is parking there.
Drainage and the condenser
We keep the field below the weep screed, pitch it to a yard inlet or the front swale, and leave a service margin at the condenser so the unit is not locked in. Edge restraint is set where the fence post will not kick it out.
