507th Street North Palm Harbor Courtyard Pavers
Courtyards on 507th Street North in Palm Harbor sit between the lanai and a live-oak drip line. A flat field looks right until the first afternoon storm ponds against the slider or washes joint sand into the planting bed.
How the field is set
We pitch the courtyard off the house, keep hose bibs and irrigation boxes flush, and restrain the edge so the courses do not creep into the mulch. Shade stays. The base is compacted so the field does not rock where roots have already lifted an older slab.
Access
Pallets stage on the lot, not in the street. Cut dust stays off the neighbor's cars. If an oak root has to be bridged rather than cut, we say so before the field is locked.
