Side yards on 509th Street North in Palm Harbor are the cart route to the AC pad, the bins, and the back gate. A soft sand path pumps after rain and scrapes the fence once the field creeps.
What we build
A firm path, an isolation pad under the condenser so the unit is not sitting in joint sand, and a trapped drain if the side yard has no other outfall. The edge stops short of the fence so a board does not bind when the wood moves.
Pitch
Water leaves the house wall. It does not sheet into the neighbor's yard or sit on the AC slab. If a downspout already dumps here, the path accounts for it instead of covering the splash.
