513th Street North Palm Harbor Courtyard Pavers

513th Street North lots in Palm Harbor often hide the courtyard behind a privacy wall. Oaks shade the field, irrigation crosses the only gate, and afternoon rain has nowhere to go if the pavers were laid flat on leftover sand.

PaverForge Hardscapes sets those courtyards so the field drains, the wall stays dry at the base, and a valve box can still be opened without pulling a course.

What these courtyards actually need

Shade keeps the sand damp. A thin bed will pump fines into the joints after two wet seasons and the field will dish toward the wall. We excavate to a firm subgrade, place geotextile where the sand is loose, and compact crushed base in lifts. Pitch leaves the wall high and sends water to a trapped drain or a daylight point that is already legal.

  • 60 mm field inside the wall, 80 mm if a cart crosses the gate

  • Edge restraint that does not rely on the wall footing

  • Irrigation and low-voltage sleeves marked and sleeved, not buried under the field

  • Cut dust and staging kept inside the lot, off the street

How to start

Call 727-490-9798 or email PaverForge@gmail.com with two photos of the courtyard and the gate width. We walk the lot before we lock a number.
