517th Street North Palm Harbor Paver Walkways

517th Street North walks in Palm Harbor climb from a low sidewalk to a raised entry. Oaks shade the run, and the old concrete often has a step that no longer matches the finished floor.

PaverForge Hardscapes sets that walk so the rise is honest, the field drains away from the door, and the oak roots are bridged instead of paved over.

What the walk has to do

A single flat run looks clean in a photo and holds water at the slab. We step the field where the grade already falls, keep the landing flush with the threshold, and pitch the lower run toward the sidewalk only if the street already takes that water. Root flares get a gap. The width stays narrow enough that the drip line is not a paved pond.

  • Landing flush with the door, no trip lip after settlement

  • Steps only where the grade already drops, with a consistent riser

  • Base in lifts over geotextile on the loose sand

  • Edge that can be lifted if a root lifts the field later
