532nd Street North Ozona Paver Walkways
Ozona lots on 532nd Street North are narrow, shaded, and rooted. A walk from the door to the street has to drain, clear the oak line, and stay even enough that a cart does not catch an edge.
What the walk needs
We keep the field narrow so it does not eat the planting strip, and we set a flush edge where the walk meets grass. Root heave gets a bridged base, not a skim of sand over the bump.
Step-downs at the porch stay within a normal riser. We do not bury the door threshold. Lighting conduit, if the electrician has already pulled it, gets a sleeve before the pavers lock.
