The side yard on 533rd Street North is the path for bins, a cart, and the pool equipment. It is also where wash water wants to sit against the fence.
Cart path and drain
We spec a firm 80 mm path, not a 60 mm patio stone, and we hold the edge off the fence and the wall so a cart does not scrape either one. A trapped drain takes rinse water only if the yard has no other outfall.
Gate swings are measured before the field is locked. AC condensers and pool equipment stay on their own pads, isolated from the walk so a service pull does not crack the path.
