535th Street North Palm Harbor Paver Walkways

Walkways on 535th Street North have to leave the front door high and still meet the swale. A level field looks finished until the first storm sits on the landing.

Pitch and landing

We pitch away from the door, keep a flush landing that is not a trip edge, and tie the walk to the swale without a dam at the grass. Irrigation heads stay findable.

If the existing concrete walk is sound, we will say so. We do not tear out a walk that only needs a reset at the door. Where the base has pumped, the field comes up and the sand is replaced in lifts.
