54th Street North side yards are tight. A gate, an AC condenser, a hose reel, and the trash bins all compete for the same strip between the house and the lot line. Grass there turns to mud in the summer rains.
A working side-yard pad
PaverForge builds a narrow paver run that the gate can clear, with a trapped drain if the strip is the low point of the lot. The condenser sits on its own pad so the coil can be washed without soaking the house wall. Bin pads are sized so the cart wheels stay on pavers, not in the shell bed.
