555th Street North Palm Harbor Courtyard Pavers
Courtyards on 555th Street North are often the only flat ground between a lanai screen and a side fence. Shade from oaks holds moisture in the joints, and a mower wheel is what kicks the edge out after the first wet season.
What the courtyard actually needs
Pitch leaves the house and the lanai track. If the only legal low point is a side swale, we set the field to it instead of trapping water against the slab. A patio-load base is enough where cars never go. Where a golf cart cuts the corner, we step up to an 80mm course on that path only.
The edge restraint sits below the mower line, not proud of the grass. Joint sand is locked after compaction. We do not seal a field that is still damp from install. Irrigation heads stay findable, and we sleeve any line that has to cross the courtyard before the base goes in.
