605th Street North Palm Harbor Side Yard Pavers
605th Street North side yards in Palm Harbor are the working aisle between the house and the fence: trash carts, a hose, and the only dry path to the backyard after a summer storm.
Why these paths pond
The fence line is usually the low point, and the AC condensate and a downspout already land there. A flat paver field turns that aisle into a pond. We set a trapped drain or a slot at the true low point, then pitch the field to it, not toward the neighbor.
Base is compacted crushed concrete, not sand dumped against the stem wall. Edge restraint stops short of the fence so the boards can still be replaced. An 80 mm paver is the call if a mower or cart uses the path.
Keep the access
We stage on mats and keep the cut saw off the only gate. Utility locates cover irrigation and any side-yard electric before the first cut.
