60th Avenue North side yards are the service lane. The AC condenser, the meter, and the trash path all share a strip that is often under four feet at the fence.
A loose gravel path tracks into the house. A solid slab with no pitch holds water against the stem wall.
Cart width and equipment pads
We set a paver path wide enough for a mower or cart, with a flush collar at the condenser so the tech can pull the unit without cracking the field.
The meter and hose bib stay accessible. Pitch runs to the yard, not back to the slab. Joint sand is polymeric only after the field is locked and dry.
