61st Avenue North St. Pete Aprons
61st Avenue North aprons take the same beating as the rest of north St. Pete: a city sidewalk that moved, and a private throat that did not.
Cars scrape the gutter. Rain sits in the low spot and pumps sand out of the joints every afternoon storm.
Throat, sidewalk, and base
We match the sidewalk elevation, rebuild the base under the throat, and set pavers that pitch to the street without a lip at the gutter.
If the garage slab is already low, we do not bury the threshold. The apron meets the slab with a flush transition and the pitch starts past the tire stop.
